Try to have a social support system that can help you when you are in distress, pain or sadness. Connecting with friends and family helps reduce the negative effects of mental health and gives you that love and affection you need as a human.

Practice meditation: Meditation helps to keep your mind focused and make you become aware of yourself. It also helps you to cope with stress and anxiety, which improves your mental health.
